WHEN TO START: Pregnancy yoga can be practiced, whenever you feel as such, regulary you can start after the first Trimester, when morning sickness is gone and the risk of an early missed abortion.

 

HEALTH CONDITION: You know your needs the best! Doctors and Yogateacher can support your journey, but nobody is closer to your body and your baby, than you are! Still, let me know, about your health conditions, so i can be your optimal guide.

 

FATIGUE AND DEPRESSION: Maybe there are the days, you don't feel like even leave the house - COME! The high frequency we build in class will shift you to the next level. You are always welcome to just sit and benefit from the Meditation and even small movements.

 

CAN I PRACTICE BY MYSELF? All exercises are made to practice at home for yourself or with your partner, even one practice 3 min. a day, you'll feel a difference. Also go for a walk often.

 

I AM ALWAYS HUNGRY: Do not practice with your stomach full, but you can bring your snack and drink during Pregnancy class. 

 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING? Waterbottle & Comfortable clothes and ideally bare feet. Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided.
